You May Already Be Someone People Turn To

A friend comes to you with a difficult decision.

Someone shares a relationship struggle.

A young person feels lost about what to do next.

Someone simply says:

“I don't know what's wrong with me.”

You listen. You care. You want to help.

But wanting to help someone and knowing how to help are not always the same thing.

What is really happening beneath what they are saying?

Should you listen, ask questions, guide them—or simply create space?

How do you help without imposing your own answers?

And what do you do when someone's needs go beyond what you can offer?

These are skills that can be learned.

What Makes This Learning Experience Different?

From Understanding to Practice

The programme has been designed for people at different stages.

Level 1 — Understand & Support

For those who want to develop a deeper understanding of people and learn how to support others more meaningfully.

You begin with:

Self-awareness → Human understanding → Listening → Psychology → Islamic worldview → Responsible helping

You do not need to arrive already knowing exactly where you belong.

The learning journey will help you discover that.

The Programme

Level 2 — Practise & Coach

For those who want to take the next step towards providing non-clinical, psychologically informed Islamic Life Coaching.

You move into:

Coaching skills → Practice → Case work → Feedback → Boundaries → Referral → Assessment
